Trippcons is Indonesia’s leading consulting and management services firm for international development, with its headquarters and branch office in Jakarta. Since 2007, we have carried out projects across Asia-Pacific, with a mission to serve our clients and their partners and stakeholders in building capacity and bettering communities.
As part of this commitment, we have secured ISO certifications 9001:2015 and 45001:2018 recognizing our systems for quality management (QMS) along with health and safety management (OH&S). Constantly working to further strengthen our core competencies, we are committed to delivering the best services to our clients worldwide.

Dinna Mulyani
Dinna has been at the helm of Trippcons since founding it in 2007. As head, she is responsible for the totality of the firm’s work and steers its Executive Committee, which charts the strategic direction and sets the milestones for success. Over the course of her tenure, she has directly managed around 20 consulting and management services covering Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Working with ministries and local governments on behalf of international clients across the US, UK, Europe, and Australia, she oversees the delivery of lasting impacts in the areas of training and capacity building, institutional strengthening, and gender equality.
ABDUL KHALIQ
Abdul manages the inner clockwork of Trippcons, securing highly skilled personnel and streamlining processes from behind the scenes. The responsiveness and agility of our projects and their work start on his watch. With over 30 years of experience as a field coordinator and training specialist for agricultural and rural development, he brings his own set of expertise to the management team coupled with an extensive network of partners at the Ministry of Agriculture and within local communities across Indonesia.
JUNIARSA
Juniarsa is the man behind the movers and shakers at Trippcons. In his supervision of ongoing projects, he sees to it that our dedicated teams consistently deliver above and beyond their promised outcomes. A former consultant for over 30 years – working alongside ministries for home affairs, transportation, and agriculture – he has a keen sense of clients’ needs and industry trends, persistently innovating to build on our reputation and secure a steady inflow of new projects across the region from around the world.
ACHMAD MUNIR
Achmad leads the supervisory body of Trippcons, assuring the quality of internal rules and regulations along with external outputs through a comprehensive system of M&E. Advising the Managing Director, he is charged with ensuring that every step of our work at all stages is efficient, effective, and sustainable. His career has spanned over 30 years as a team leader, having closely coordinated with a diverse range of ministries, from manpower and transmigration to marine affairs and fisheries.
ARINI RUSITA
Arini is the face of Trippcons for countless clients, partners, and stakeholders, running much of the show on and off stage. Working tirelessly to strengthen the capacity of our project teams through constant guidance and support, her ceaseless aim is to mobilize expert teams and supporting staff that are productive and incentivized to achieve what clients want when they want it. In tandem, she supervises financial and budgeting matters across project offices for a seamless and synchronized workflow.
